AB2389 Is Done In California Assembly As State Pivots To Coronavirus Relief
The proposed bill in the California State Assembly, AB2389. The bill would require all California adult performers to get a business licenses, have a criminal history check and fingerprinted, along with other excessive restrictive measures. The bill is officially not moving forward, due to the state focusing on the COVID-19 pandemic relief.

We just got word that Asm. Garcia is not moving forward with AB2389, officially because it is not related to COVID-19. That’s great news! One less thing we have worry about right now.
