APAG opens nomination for board, officer positions for terms of 4 years
The Adult Performers Actors Guild (APAG), the membership-optional union for adult industry performers, has released its 2020 election information and opened nominations for positions on its board as well as all officer positions. There are 7 board member spaces open, and the election will also cover the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Sergeant At Arms. Nominees must be APAG members in good standing, though the union itself isn’t currently in good standing with its parent union. With controversial Secretary-Treasurer Kelly Pierce‘s position(s) up for re-election, perhaps some turnover at the top will happen before the union sues itself out of existence. It is also worth noting that Secretary and Treasurer appear to be nominated as separate positions, but Kelly holds both, a potential violation of the union’s own Article XXVIII Section 3 rule.
